Demolition of Concrete or Existing Pavement

Soil Preparation and Scarification (100-150mm Deep)
Meticulous soil preparation is key. This step involves scarifying the soil to a depth of 100-150mm, ensuring optimal conditions for foundational stability.
Validation of Levels for Efficient Run-Off
Prior to progressing, a comprehensive validation of levels is executed. This critical step guarantees effective water run-off, averting potential issues in the future.
Soil Compaction using Roller or Plate Compactor
Enhancing the stability of the prepared soil is achieved through meticulous compaction, employing either a roller or plate compactor for a solid foundation.
Establishment of a River Sand Bed
A crucial layer in the construction process, a river sand bed is laid, providing a level surface for subsequent construction layers.

Precision Packing, Cutting, and Cement Edging
To prevent shifts in the foundation, the construction site is carefully packed, cut, and edged with cement, ensuring long-term stability and durability.
Grout Application
A mixture of cement and plaster is used in the grouting process, enhancing cohesion and contributing to the overall strength of the construction.

Grouting ratio wetcast= 1:1
Final Round of Compaction
Following wet grouting, a final compaction ensures all elements are securely in place, reinforcing the stability and longevity of the construction.
Site Cleanup and Debris Removal
Upon completion, meticulous site cleanup, including the removal of rubble and debris, leaves the area in an organized and pristine condition.
